How do I track my delivery?

We included a tracking number and two tracking site links in your shipping confirmation email. You can use the Royal Mail tracker tool to stay up-to-date with your order's location on its way through the UK. (will open in a new window)

The other link will take you either to your country's tracker site or a global tracker site so you can get more detailed information on your parcel's progress.

Some areas allow only either a 'Tracked & Signed' or 'Signed For' service, so where appropriate we provide these instead. Please note that tracking information will be limited for those receiving a 'Signed For' service.

When your parcel has made it your home country then the website tracker tool of your national postal service may provide more detailed information.


If for some reason you can't find your shipping confirmation email you can always view your tracker by logging into your SeedSupreme customer account (click here) and checking your order details. Alternatively, we can always be contacted via the support tab and will be happy to help you track your delivery.
